Gail Grech is an Architectural Assistant at De Domenico Developments, where she supports the architectural team in translating design concepts into clear, buildable drawings — with a particular interest in finishes and detailing. Since joining the firm in February 2025, Gail has been building on her academic foundation through real-world experience that bridges creativity and precision.
Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in the Structural Engineering stream, Gail has already completed her Bachelor’s in architecture. Her growing expertise and technical skillset make her a valuable contributor to the early phases of design development. She takes particular pride in her work on a residential project where she helped tailor finishes to suit each client’s vision — a process that reflected her eye for detail and client-focused approach.

Gail finds inspiration in working alongside experienced professionals and seeing how ideas evolve into real, functional spaces. Outside of architecture, she has a keen interest in landscape design, viewing it as a way to shape and care for the natural environment.

In her free time, Gail enjoys sketching, exploring cities through their architecture, and spending quality time with family and friends.
