Fredrick Buhagiar plays a key role at De Domenico Developments as a Project Manager, overseeing the execution of civil works, liaising closely with architects, and managing the preparation of MEP documentation.
Since joining the team in August 2024, he has brought a sharp focus and a results-driven mindset shaped by his background in construction engineering and his experience managing large-scale developments — including the AX Odycy Hotel in Qawra.

What Fredrick enjoys most about his role is the sense of responsibility that comes with leadership. One of his proudest contributions is his work on De Redin, a thoughtfully designed collection of 1- and 2-bedroom homes in Gzira, ideally located near the seafront, parks, schools, and essential amenities.
